About 8.549 hours ago, I asked a boy if he liked me.

No, not a boy.  A man.  A young man, my age, with darkening hair and a teasing smile and a very kind spirit.

I don't know what compelled me to ask him so easily, but it taught me something about myself.

And I made the right decision, I think.
